葱烤鳕鱼
1、鳕鱼一块,小葱数根切碎,鸡蛋一个;
2、鳕鱼化冻沥干后,用干净的布或厨用纸抹干水分,撒上一小撮黑胡椒,烤箱上下火温度150度预热,烤盘铺好锡纸;
3、切碎的小葱加少许盐,磕入鸡蛋,滴入几滴油搅拌,用勺子均匀的摸在鳕鱼上,入烤箱烘烤5-6分钟即可。
